What we collect
Your account email, any name you choose to add, your assessment answers, the scores calculated from them, your challenge and course activity, and your subscription status.
Why we collect it
To calculate your results, show your history, personalise challenges and courses, and manage billing. We do not use your answers for advertising and we do not sell them.
Where it is stored
In an encrypted managed Postgres database. Access rules restrict every record to the account that created it; administrators can access records only for support and moderation.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your profile, answers, results, progress and certificates.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
Sensitive data
Assessment responses can feel personal. They are treated as private data, are never shared publicly, and are not used to infer health conditions of any kind.
